"I'm consistently impressed with Steve's knowledge -- both depth
and breadth -- of a number of diverse, relevant technologies, particularly
in the areas of wireless and mobile devices. Steve can clearly enunciate
the most minute technical details in the same breath that he can strategize
about the future of a company. Such a combination of skills is desired
but rarely found in a consultant."

AudiblePlayer for Pocket PC
In May, 2002, CNET
rated Audible's service a '9 Out of 10', an 'Editor's Choice', and
'No. 1' in their 'Top 5 Entertainment Applications' category.
In their highly positive review, the editors said, "Audible.com
ranks among the Web's best services, with a huge library of discounted
audio programs...If you like your reading material in digital format,
subscribe ASAP."
"This is a kind of machine-made pleasure you don't have to be
a technologist to enjoy."

"For years, people have been promising that computers are going
to change the way we read. But with a few online exceptions…that promise
has never been fully realized…but my reading habits have changed lately,
thanks to audio books I've been downloading from a service called
Audible."

"This is a killer app...I am a convert to audio books and this
product sounded fabulous to me: I'd get wider selection, instant availability,
and lower prices."

OmniSky for Pocket PC
In the May, 2001 edition of Pen
Computing, the reviewer said, "I give OmniSky on the iPAQ
two thumbs up. At times it was almost impossible for me to put this
sweet wireless combo down. In my opinion, the Pocket PC implementation
is far superior to even OmniSky's lauded Palm-based service."
OmniSky for Pocket PC was also reviewed by eWeek
in April, 2001 as "fast" and "useful" and received
an "A" grade for usability. The reviewer was "particularly
impressed at the speed at which we could retrieve e-mail messages
using the OmniSky service."
"The OmniSky service on the Pocket PC platform is tremendous.
(It) is just going to rock on these devices."
